Most pranks or ‘social experiments’ as they’re known these days aren’t so much pranks as they are invitations for strangers to punch you in the face, and I have to admit that a lot of the time it’s pretty satisfying to watch that outcome.
For example, this ‘cash machine robbery prank’ by YouTuber Reckless Youth…
Ouch. So apparently the guy at the cash machine, the ‘robber’, and the cameraman are all 3 friends who set this up as an experiment to see if anyone in public would help during a robbery. Given this lad ended up with a broken nose I’d say that we have a pretty conclusive result here; yes, people will step in to help if some little punk tries to rob you at the ATM.
Hopefully no one watching this thinks they can now walk into a NatWest and demand a sack full of cash, then explain “it’s just a prank bro” when being arrested, but with idiots like Mizzy around, anything is possible. Pretty amazing he’s managed to avoid the same fate as the dude in this video, to be fair. Give it time?
