There is a terrifyingly large number of people in the line up to be worst parent in the universe, like the guy who sellotaped his kid to the steering wheel of a car for instance. But this Chinese father has to be right at the front of the queue.
For some reason he decides to put a firework down a manhole, not the best idea in the world, but I guess it could be amusing. Instead of stepping back to watch the fun he encourages his young son to take a good long look down the hole, face first.
