‘The Woods’ official trailer just dropped in which it claims that this is going to be the scariest movies ever made. Whether this is true or not is yet to be seen but regardless, we’re excited about this one. Particularly since this is the next project by Adam Wingard who’s responsible for other delights such as ‘V/H/S’, ‘You’re Next’ and ‘The Guest’. If he’s in charge, it’s going to be messed up.

Although there’s no official synopsis as of yet, making the whole thing even more illusive, it does involve:
A group of college students on a camping trip who discover they are not alone.
A pretty basic and well-covered topic but it’s also very open to new ideas so it will be interesting to see what the villains/monsters/woodland lurkers turn out to be. Check out the trailer below:

The filming is all wrapped up and will be coming to our screens in September, meaning it will be out in time for Halloween. Hooray!
You know what else is out in time for Halloween? Rob Zombie’s new film, ‘31’. So much to look forward to – 2016 is shaping up to be a pretty gruesome year.
