The internet had a field day today when some pictures emerged of Usain Bolt in bed with a 20-year-old student – bear in mind Bolt is supposed to have a girlfriend – and now that more details have emerged about this girl, it seems like it might not have been such a good idea for him to hook up with her for another reason too. Turns out she’s the widow of Rio’s most dangerous gangster.

Amazingly, Jady Duarte is also claiming that she didn’t know who Usain Bolt was before they hooked up too. She’s also embarrassed by the whole incident and deeply regretful that pictures of her have been slammed all over the internet:

I never wanted to be famous, I’m dying of shame.

It was not a big deal. It was normal. I’d rather not talk about it – in order not to complicate matters. Like I said, it was normal.

I was at the club All In in the West Zone of Rio with friends when he spotted me. One thing led to another.

It turns out that even though she’s only 20, Duarte was married to Rio’s most dangerous gangster Douglas Donato Pereira AKA Dina Terror and had given him two children too, before he was shot dead by police in March. He had been wanted for at least ten violent crimes. Even though she’s obviously no longer married to him, you’ve gotta think that she still runs in those circles so someone might be out to make Bolt sleep with the fishes after he’s embarrassed her like this on the internet. Have to wait and see I guess.
