The last thing you want to hear before takeoff on any flight is that there’s a shapeshifting passenger on the plane that’s about to lead you all to certain death, but that was the scene on board an American Airlines flight taking off from Dallas this week.

A female passenger began screaming that there was someone or something in the back of the plane “that wasn’t real”:

Top comedic timing from the cameraman there turning his phone to the back of the plane at the same time as every other passenger who was wondering wtf this lady was talking about. I know we usually bring hard-hitting journalism to the pages of Sick Chirpse but on this occasion we weren’t able to determine whether the man at the back of the plane was real or not, but I 100% believe that she believes he’s not real, and probably had no regrets about getting off that plane.

I don’t want to make fun of her too much though because she’s clearly having some kind of anxiety attack, which might’ve been brought on from whatever medication she takes to make flying a little easier. Gonna give the benefit of the doubt on this one and assume she wasn’t smoking that ‘wet’ as The Southland Post suggests. Happy travels!
