Oh dear. That’s what happens when virtue-signalling goes wrong, I suppose. Your bluff gets well and truly called and you end up exposed in front of millions of people on the internet. If they had let the Wurundjeri in and allowed them to sleep over for a couple months, you’d actually have no choice but to respect it. But they weren’t even polite enough to invite them in for a cup of tea! Very disappointing, all things considered.
P.S. I know those folk are not authentic Wurundjeri people and just actors employed to make the family look silly, but it’s still funny all the same and makes the same point. Do you really stand behind the things you say you believe in, or is it all for show?
