We all need a video to cheer us up every now and again and this week is no exception with the cost of living crisis continuing to escalate and the Queen dying, so here’s a great video o af bully getting exactly what was coming to him.

16 year old Alex Williams was chilling with his mate on Guisborough High Street last September  on a lunch break from college when the much older Stuart Briggs came over and started on him for no real reason. Alex is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu champion though, so it wasn’t long until Briggs was on the floor feeling like an absolute knob after getting battered by a much younger and smaller kid.

As he got closer to me, I saw an opportunity to defend myself and fight back, so I took it.

When the fight or flight kicks in you’ve got to choose one or the other, and I chose to fight back, and I was focused.

Obviously, I was worried in case he had a knife on him because he has threatened to stab me, but in situations like that it’s about surviving, and I was thankfully ready for him.

I thought after I had taken him down the first time that he would have walked away, but he came back for more, so I just continued to try to restrain him without hitting him.

I was in a seated position, and the move just came to me naturally because I’ve drilled it a thousand times in training. My main aim was to de-escalate the situation safely.

There was blood everywhere, and I realised he had bitten a chunk out of my ear and I need six stitches.

Kinda sucks that he bit his ear off but it’s awesome that Alex completely handed this stupid bully’s ass to him. Briggs appeared in Teeside Magistrates Court last Friday too and pleaded guilty to GBH without intent and should be sentenced next month. Hopefully he goes down for a while.

Meanwhile, Alex has started an anti bullying gym for children. What an absolute badass.
