It was the hottest day every recorded in the United Kingdom yesterday and we all chose to celebrate it in our own ways – having an ice cream in the park, going to the pool, standing in front of a fan for the entire day etc – but I think the only person who chose to fill up his bin with water and stand in it whilst drinking a cocktail is the guy in the video below.

I’ve got absolutely no context for this and it’s a couple of minutes long, so I think it’s probably better if you just press play but be warned it’s a very, very strange conversation between the two people involved. It’s so weird how they both just seem determined to wind each other up and get on each other’s nerves when they probably could have just had a nice conversation and chilled out, but then we wouldn’t be laughing at the video so there you go:

Yeah that’s such a weird video isn’t it? I’m kinda thinking that it might be staged because it’s almost a bit too perfect with that ending, but then it probably wouldn’t be so long if that was the case. Complicated.

Like I said before it’s also kinda strange how the guy in the bin is so confrontational to begin with and the guy filming just keeps asking him the same question even though he’s giving him the answer. Don’t think either of them really come across that well, but wish I knew more about them and where this was and what the hell was going on with it. So many questions.

Guy is 10/10 crazy for using his bin as a swimming pool but I do kinda like the idea. Hopefully we can find out more about him.
