On Sunday SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket was set to blast into space. Its mission was to visit the good folks aboard the International Space Station and drop off some bits and bobs. Things didn’t quite pan out like that though. Just seconds after the launch at Cape Canaveral, Florida the poor bugger blows up with impressive effect.

Millionaire Elon Musk, the driving force behind SpaceX, may not be a millionaire much longer if he keeps popping rockets like that. As ever, the explosion is a pretty cool sight. Everyone likes explosions, as long as no one gets injured obviously. I’m not a psycho.

I’m not sure if it’s as impressive as the last SpaceX explosion we covered, but it’s certainly a good one.
