Literally every time I log on to the internet now there’s something happening relating to ‘Don’t Worry Darling’ and the discontent allegedly felt between the cast members and crew, with the clearest indication that something is not right happening last night at the movie’s premiere at the Venice Film Festival.

There was a lot of speculation as to whether the movie’s star Florence Pugh was going to turn up with director Olivia Wilde saying that she probably wasn’t going to make it because she was busy filming ‘Dune 2’, fuelling rumours that the two women didn’t see eye to eye. Pugh did awkwardly arrive at the festival yesterday, but the main moment came when Harry Styles sat next to Chris Pine at the premiere and appeared to spit on him as he did so.

Yeah I don’t think there’s really any question of that is there? Especially given the way that Chris Pine reacts, clearly looking at wherever the spit has landed and then shaking his head in disbelief. Styles 100% spat on him.There’s also the fact that the two don’t seem to be exchanging any pleasantries either – not even a customary hello or anything – and it just seems like the only explanation at this point.
Big question now is just what the hell happened on that set to make everyone in the movie seemingly hate each other so much? Can’t wait for the oral history to be released in the near future.
