Cell Eater

This is a picture of the first step of cell eating. A macrophage (which we saw before in this photo series) is extending several pseudopods (nope, don’t know what they are either) from its form to embrace a bunch of E-coli bacteria that are attacking it. Hopefully they’ll win, although E-coli is a motherfucker so there are no guarantees.
