In 2014, design studio Lernert & Sander were contacted by a Dutch newspaper to create a piece for a documentary they were doing about food photography. I doubt they expected Lernert & Sander to come up with something quite this sick — 98 unprocessed foods cut into extremely precise 2.5cm cubes all aligned perfectly together into an aesthetically-pleasing grid:
