Obviously it’s never right to judge someone by their appearance/immutable characteristics, but online casino MrQ has gone ahead anyway and used cutting-edge technology to help create a better picture of what a cheater supposedly looks like.
The study involved 2,000 Brits who had all been cheated on at least once describing what their cheating partner looked like, and having AI recreate that person.
Without further ado, here’s what that person is most likely to look like (of course, take this with a pinch of salt)…
So based on the answers of 2,000 people in this study, AI determined that the average male cheater seemed to be someone in his forties, with blue-grey eyes, small lips, short facial hair and little to no head hair.
It’s apparently someone who has a larger nose and visible frown lines. Look familiar?
As for the typical woman who cheats, she apparently has dark hair and is in her early 50’s, with a small nose and medium-sized pout.
Senior Marketing Executive at MrQ Rosie Maskell said: “Between our survey and AI we’ve shed light on the physical traits associated with those prone to cheating.
“Our research showed that just under half (41 percent) are familiar with this painful betrayal, so it may be that a lot identify with the characteristics in these images.
“Our research has found that more than half (52 percent) of Brits have experience of either cheating or being cheated on.
“With 39 percent of partners who have been wronged calling it quits straight away, it shows that loyalty is a valued quality in our partner.”
Maskell added: “Obviously, it’s important to note these are based on statistical analysis and won’t apply to all individuals.
“People’s behaviour is defined by their decisions and actions, not what they look like.”
