Just when you think that members of the incumbent government can’t get any worse, something else completely outrageous comes out about them. Lol, just kidding – the bottom dropped out a long time ago so there isn’t really much that surprises me anymore about this bunch.

This one is pretty outlandish even by their standards though as two Tory MPs  – including one front bencher – have today been accused of watching pornography on their phones whilst attending a debate in the House Of Commons. Apparently one of them was sitting next to an aghast female MP as well whilst doing so.

Just a typical day at the office for these guys probably – especially as one of them is allegedly a repeat offender who has often been caught watching porn on his phone during meetings and debates. You couldn’t make it up.

Lol (I think)? But firstly what the hell is wrong with these people? Not only is it highly inappropriate to watch porn in public in the first place – let alone in a meeting where you’re discussing the future of the country – but what’s even the point? It’s not like you can jerk off over it or anything so you’re just doing it to maintain a boner or make everyone around you feel deeply uncomfortable. Such strange behaviour and essentially unrewarding as well.

Anyway, the ‘2022 group’ within the Conservatives – which is dedicated to equal representation for women – met last night to discuss these claims and a dozen other stories from female MPS who shared accounts of alleged sexism and harassment from their colleagues. Sounds like these guys have got a lot to sort out but I’d give them about a 0.1% chance of making any meaningful change on the matter. Their whole political outlook is conservative and not progressive – the clue is in the name. Don’t hold your breath.
