Over In Liberia, panic is setting in as it’s believed that two female Ebola sufferers died from the disease and then were subsequently resurrected and are now walking doing shit in the land of the living. It looks like people from the area might have to sign up for the zombie apocalypse preparation course.

To make it even freakier they’re not even from the same community or similar characters – one is in her 40s and the other in her 60s – although they are both from villages in Nimba County. Both of the victims – identified as Dorris Quoi of Hope Community and Ma Kebeh – were being taken to be buried when they suddenly rose from their coffins.

There has been no explanation as to why this has happened or if it’s even true – bear in mind this information comes from a Liberian newspaper called the New Dawn Nimba County – but it seems to have got people in the local area really riled up, as you would expect when someone literally comes back from the dead.

Unsurprisingly, these are the first reports of anyone rising from the dead since the recent Ebola outbreak in West Africa. So far it’s estimated that 2,800 people have died so far with another 5,800 infected. It’s believed the actual figure could be much higher though with experts thinking it could be around 21,000 in Liberia and Sierra Leone alone. Grim.

if it’s any consolation though, ebola doesn’t even make it into the top ten diseases know to man. Not sure if it is though.
