We all know that women often have a hard time in the workplace, but the guy featured in this video is an absolute creep in every sense of the word.

His name is Harold Villanueva Jr, he’s 47-years-old and he works as a supervisor for women serving community service orders. A 21-year-old transgender woman named Makhana Milho is claiming that Villanueva sexually harassed her while she was completing a six day order cleaning toilets.

Villanueva apparently slapped and pinched her buttocks, before driving her to an empty car park and asking her for a blow job in exchange for leaving early. You can see that footage in the video below, although it’s a little difficult to hear what they’re saying:

Yeah, it’s pretty hard to hear their voices, but I definitely made out Villanueva saying, ‘if you don’t want a condom, I wouldn’t mind a blow job,’ and, ‘you can go home pretty soon. If not, I’m going to have to keep you at least till 1 o’clock.’ What an absolute dickhead.

Seriously though, this is complete scum bag behaviour taking advantage of young women on community service orders. Villanueva knows they don’t want to be there and he’s still preying on them like a disgusting reprobate. Allow that.
