Eden Lake

Nursery school teacher Jenny (Kelly Reilly) and Steve (Michael Fassbender) decide to retreat to a remote lake for the weekend.  Whilst there they come into contact with some local youths where an initial confrontation escalates into a full blown conflict where there is no limit on the violence being served.

A haunting movie that deals with the fragmentation of today’s youth and their where they both give out some aggressive torture and end up on the receiving end.  The movie starts slow before snowballing along and delivering a shocking ending.
