We’ve all seen the mashed up faces of MMA fighters after a bout in the octagon, and we all know that some horrific injuries can occur in there but I’m not sure if all of us know the true extent of just how horrific some of them can be.

Thankfully, someone has decided to make a montage of the worst abuse that has occurred in there so we can see it for ourselves. Some of this is really graphic, so if you’re feeling squeamish then do yourself a favour and don’t watch it. There are a bunch of moments where you’ll be left with your jaw hanging open or jumping out of your seat at how shocking it is, seriously.
