7. Stutta
Closely linked to mainstream success Tinchy Stryder, ‘Ruff Squad’ and Roachee, and originating from grime hot-bed ‘Bow’ in East London, Stutta was never far away from a spot on a new track but struggled independently and solo tracks often slipped under the radar. He had relative success with ‘I’m That Guy’, ‘Conk Guy’ and ‘Cold Outside’ but never made great waves, the latter of the three songs I still believe to this day is one of grime’s hidden gems and never really got the recognition it deserved at the time.
