The maddest part about this is I actually believe him. Think about it: whenever Tom Holland doesn’t have a movie to promote, you never hear a peep from him. No social media, no nightclub shenanigans, nothing. Just working on his carpentry, perfecting his golf swing, and helping out his mum’s charity. Which is pretty convenient for a guy who plays Spider-Man and needs to keep a squeaky clean reputation for all the kids out there. But not so convenient for him any time he’s out and about and trying to keep a low profile and hating life as a famous person.
Which must be extra difficult given how famous his girlfriend is, too…
Let’s be real though, it’s not like he had any chance of maintaining a normal life once he entered the Marvel universe and became one of its biggest stars. Fair play to Tom Holland for putting himself through the trials and tribulations of being rich and famous just to entertain us on the big screen. I’d almost feel sorry for him… if he wasn’t Spider-Man and also dating Zendaya. Cry me a river, Tom!
