A really weird news interview out of Australia is blowing people’s minds this week as two identical Aussie twins provided an eyewitness testimony about a carjacked SUV on Steve Irwin Way.

How insane was that? Fair play to the reporter for maintaining her concentration throughout because my brain would have been on Mars. How are they not reading from a script? Is this how identical twins are in general? Imagine getting into an argument with these two? You would have to throw in the towel immediately.

I’m seeing a few people comment that it must be staged or some kind of set-up but it’s as real as it gets – straight out of 7News Queensland. It turns out the twins are quite well-known in Queensland too; they run a bird rescue centre and are known as The Twinnies, Paula and Bridgette. So good on them for doing some good in the world, even if they do seem like the most annoying people in the world to have to be around (no offence).
