A lot of people are clowning Rihanna for this clip out of Yankee Stadium in New York the other day, where some 8-year-old lad asks the pop megastar to take his picture with Jack Grealish, Christian Pulisic, and Yunus Musah, as everyone mingled inside a box after AC Milan played Manchester City:

What a little legend, but I actually think Rihanna comes out of this looking pretty cool herself? There’s so many celebrities out there who would scoff at the idea of playing photographer for some little kid who wants a picture with his favourite football players, but clearly Rihanna is not one of them! Can you imagine Beyoncé doing something like this? She would have probably flipped out and blasted the kid as a racist (well, probably not, but I’m just trying to make a point here).

In any case, fair play to this kid for running the show and directing proceedings with all those famous faces around him. We must remember that he was still a sperm in his daddy’s balls when Rihanna released ‘Umbrella’, and was growing in his mum’s womb around the time the Rihanna & Drake song ‘Work’ came out. So it’s no surprise that he has no idea who Rihanna is. Something tells me he does now, though.
