It’s that time of the year again where Pornhub reveals which country was the wankiest in 2024, which porn star category was the most searched, and so on.
We begin with which country visited Pornhub the most, and as usual, the Americans have claimed the top spot. The UK comes in at a ‘respectable’ #5, and really the only notable inclusion is Peru entering the top 20 for the first time ever:
As for what the world was searching for most on PornHub this year, it seems that the MILF and Hentai categorites continue to dominate the top 2 spots:
MILFs I can understand, but hentai at #2? Animation up a whole +15 spots? I guess there are plenty of weird people out there who are just into that sort of thing, probably on the far east side of the world. Speaking of which, it’s worth noting “pinay” at #3 which translates to Filipino porn; a nation that has always ranked high in horniness and excited porn audiences.

Demure? Really? It seems a lot of people opted for ‘classier’ porn in 2024, with words like ‘mindful’, ‘ethical’ and ‘respectful’ shooting way up in the search bar. Interesting that the Paris Olympics being on this year would have such a massive crossover effect to the world of porn, but less suprirising that one of the biggest pop culture icons of 2024, the Hawk Tuah Girl, influenced over 10 MILLION searches for “hawk tuah” and “spitting” in general.

Classic ‘MILF’ and ‘lesbian’ in the top 2 – same as last year. In third place, keeping things close to home, was the term ‘British’, which knocks ‘Indian’ down to fourth. Other notable growers were ‘JOI’ (jerk off instructions ), which rose 6 places to land in eighth place, and ‘Latina’, which rose 7 places to come in thirteenth.
The real MVP of the UK porn world this year though was influencer Elle Brooke, who topped the most searched porn star list for the second year in a row, which is a big feather in her porn cap.
