Terrible Tiger Tale
Back in 1990’s Spain, a couple of German tourists are having a lovely drive around a safari park. As you can imagine there are a lot of signs dotted about that say things like “DON’T LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE” and “STAY IN YOUR CAR YOU IDIOT”. These signs are in multiple languages (including German) although to be honest, it’s kind of a given. If there’s big wild animals about, don’t try and touch them.
We’ll never know what happened that fateful day, but our two German holidaymakers decided to leave their vehicle, lock their doors behind them, whilst in the tiger enclosure. Tiger enclosure, yeah. Three tigers that had been hiding in the bushes, or maybe just chilling in the bushes, I don’t know their intent, pounced. Both were swiftly dispatched to the next life. The woman was beheaded and the man disemboweled. Lovely.
