Bungee Burk
This one’s short but sweet. We’re in Virginia in 1997 with a fella called Eric A. Barcia. He worked in a fast food joint, that’s not a particularly relevant point, but sort of makes sense. Eric decided to make his own bungee rope out of individual bungee cords. He had a jumping off point in mind that was 70 feet off the ground, so he tied together 70 feet of bungee rope.
Now, I’m no mathematician, but if you have 70 feet of bungee and a 70 foot drop…. yeah. Splat.
