I Bought A Vampire Motorcycle – 1990

British movies were few and far between in the 90s, especially B movies. So it’s with a warm welcome we introduce “I Bought A Vampire Motorcycle”. Starring Michael Elphick and Neil Morrisey of “Boon” fame (which also involved motorcycles to some level)   The film tells the story of a motorcycle possessed with the spirit of an occultist after him being killed by a motorcycle gang. The bike then goes on a killing spree to seek vengence.  Whilst the movie is completely ridiciolous with some truly awful one liners, you can’t help but love it’s British charm.  The film was made for a lads night in and doesn’t pretend to be anything else. It’s probably worth noting that director Dirk Campbell has gone on to direct trippy kids shows such as “In The Night Garden” and “Waybuloo”
