Virginia Beach Police are investigating this “use of force” incident that occurred during an arrest back in January — the young girl driving had been pulled over for a traffic violation while her boyfriend was in the back of the car. While dealing with the traffic violation the cops noticed the car stank of weed.

Apparently the cops tried to delete the video recorded on the girl’s phone — but failed somehow.
