I’ll be honest, I’ve never ever heard of the city of Kensington, Philadelphia before but the title of this video just made me have to watch it and boy is it a doozy.

Kensington is one of those places that nobody wants to know about. It’s estimated that a billion dollars of heroin is sold there every year and the streets are full of people shooting up and stumbling around in a haze like major zombies.

YouTuber Tommy G went for a walk around the city and it was about as grim as you can imagine. Check that out below:

Geez that is a grim video isn’t it? It’s so sad when he was talking to those two guys that had families but couldn’t hang out with them because they were drug addicts. So awful just seeing all the people just shooting up in the middle of the street because nobody cared about it. It’s like the wild west out there or something and I’m not really sure how anyone can even hope to sort it out.
