6) Civilian Casualties
The death toll for the war is now safely estimated to be over 100,000. Casualties are high on both sides. Rebel car bombs have killed countless innocents and on the other side of the coin, the regime has reportedly been executing civilians. Members of the Syrian Army have been executed by their own for refusing to execute civilians. The place is a bloody mess with no one safe.
Over 2000 have been killed in the first few weeks of 2014 alone. Citizens of the UK, Palestine, Libya, Algeria, Albania, Tunisia, Chad, Indonesia, France and Belgium have all met their ends in this festering battle.
