Sydney Sweeney Looking Amazing In A Micromini Skirt Is Being Called “A Threat To Body Positivity”

You’d think that the 24-year-old star of Euphoria whose tits were once described as the best in Hollywood would have a mostly stress-free life where men and women worship her every move on a daily basis. Well that’s not the case, as Sydney Sweeney discovered last week when she rolled up to the MTV Awards wearing this:

Well, in true 2022 fashion, Sydney Sweeney is now being criticised for essentially looking too good. Get a load of Yahoo’s headline here:

And the quotes they’ve rounded up in their article:

“No shade to beautiful Sydney… but I’m sad we’re seeing more of this ULTRA low rise waist and ULTRA flat tummy look again. So coveted yet unachievable for so many of us with different builds.”

And…

“This set is created with this very thin body in mind. It’s not created for plus and so that in and of itself is frustrating. A lot of it, too, feels very glorifying of a body type that we’ve been working against actively for many years now.”

“Millennials currently having a collective panic attack at the prospect of fitting back into low rise bottoms and crop tops. We’ve been through it, let’s not bring it back.”

So what these people are saying is because some people don’t have a certain body type to look good in a certain outfit, and Sydney Sweeney does, then anyone that looks good wearing a micro miniskirt shouldn’t be allowed to wear it? Is that the gist of it?

Seems a little bit unfair if you ask me. Especially since that body type isn’t “unachievable” at all. How can it be unachievable if we’re literally looking at it, in the flesh, in front of our own eyes? Yeah OK the pure luck of genetics comes into it as well. Most men will never look like David Beckham and most women will never look like Sydney Sweeney, but almost everyone can look decent and be in good shape for their build with some effort. Even if Sydney Sweeney’s body was purely God-given… shouldn’t that also be admired?

Well anyway, I’m sure it’s just the vocal minority kicking up a fuss. But it’s still nauseating to see those comments come up in Yahoo’s article. Go Sydney Go!
