Almost everyone in the world was transfixed to one of the most epic World Cup finals of all time yesterday afternoon, but one man who missed the chance to be there was the UK’s biggest rapper Stormzy.

Stormzy was all set to jet off on the 8:35 am flight to Qatar from Heathrow on Saturday morning, but an issue with his passport meant that he was unable to board. Someone obviously decided to film him arguing with the airport staff and a source who was present said the following:

It looked like staff were making the point there was some sort of passport issue.

He was very frustrated.

No shxt. It’s always annoying and kinda scary when you go to an airport and they mess around with your passport, so I’m not surprised that Stormzy was pretty mad about this, especially as it looks as though it probably cost him a chance to attend the greatest World Cup final in history. Wish airlines would give some of us a break every now and again. They can be so hardball.
