Plastic surgery is big business in South Korea, so big in fact that every contestant in the Miss Korea 2013 pageant earlier this year had been under the knife at some point. They’re also pioneers in new surgical techniques, for example the positively insane trend of getting Joker-style permanent smiles.
Looking at these pictures though, you have to admit – the surgeons there are damn good. Pretty much all these people were sporting Stan Smith style jaws before their surgeries and – while it’s possible some of these pics might have also been touched up in photoshop – the difference is remarkable.
