‘The World’s End’ was the final instalment of Nick Frost and Simon Pegg’s beloved Cornetto trilogy and originally hit cinemas nine years ago, but now the pair of them are teasing a possible sequel.

Pegg had previously said they he planned to collaborate with Frost and director Edgar Wright on another project back in 2020, but we haven’t had any updates since then until now, with Pegg posting the following on his Instagram account and both Wright and Frost quick to reply:
Yeah I mean that pretty much confirms that something’s going on, although it’s kinda weird that Frost said he’s free from September because that’s kind of a long way away isn’t it? Seems a bit dumb to announce that they’re shooting it then, although maybe they’ve already done it and that’s when the movie is set to come out.
I suppose we’ll find out more information in the days to come, but I think quite a lot of people are going to be excited about this one. That gang always seems to deliver.
For more of the same, remember Simon Pegg and Nick Frost during the pandemic? That was pretty funny behaviour.
