I spam fifa career mode (on legendary difficulty.. I’m not completely crap) and I play/imagine as if I’m an actual manager actually managing a squad of players… Which can get a bit sad.

I have a strict hierarchy and budget when it comes to the wage budget and captaincy and if I feel a young player is asking for too much money during contract negotiations, I release them immediately as an example to the others; players that request to be transferred are sold to the shittest team that puts in a bid, regardless of the fee.

I also make sure that a retiring player gets to captain the team in the last game of the season or a cup final and that they are one of the highest paid at the club, as a send off and mark of respect.

I have spent probably years of my life doing this on every fifa that’s been out in the last 10 years or so, I think I have a serious problem but Cbf to really deal with it, I love fifa!
