We’re nearing the end of lockdown – although is it really the end of lockdown, with many cities still facing Tier 3 and Tier 2 regulations? – and it seems like some people are nearing the end of their tether if this video from Hertfordhsire is anything to go by.

The video shows an unknown woman marching into an Aldi and smashing hundreds of bottles of alcohol off the shelves, leaving the whole place a mess and in complete chaos. One woman tries to tell her to calm down but only earns a bottle of gin thrown at her for her troubles.
Eventually, the original woman slips in her own mess and ends up cutting her hand. Here’s what a spokesperson for Hertfordshire Police said:
Police were called at around 2.30pm on Wednesday to report an incident at the Aldi supermarket in Fairlands Way, Stevenage.

It was reported that several bottles of alcohol had been thrown onto the floor and smashed. Officers attended and a woman has been arrested.
Geez that’s even grimmer that this went on at 2:30pm, implying that this was either going down because of an all night/day bender or that the person is facing some serious mental health problems and just lost the plot completely. Hoping that the cops manage to get them the help that they need because anyone who does something like this is definitely not in a good headspace right now. Good luck.
For more of the same, check out this airBnB where the renter caused £10,000 worth of damage. Ouch.
