VIDEO: Dude Pranks His Mate By Pushing Him Into Shark Infested Water

Oh man I really love watching people getting punk’d and this video is one of the best out there. I mean the kid almost gets eaten by a shark in front of all his mates while one of them is filming with a video camera, so it potentially could have been one of those crazy viral death and gore videos that ends up on LiveLeak.

When pulling a prank on someone there are always a few things to consider.

1. Will this hurt the victim?

Not just physically, but mentally. If your prank is going to physically maim your victim then you should probably aim for leaving a scar or something so the person getting pranked will never forget how much of a joker you are. Mental scarring can be a bit touchy though as it may lead your victim into a life of depression and possibly even suicide, which is never cool. Try and avoid mental scarring at all costs.

2. Will you be arrested for your prank?

If you’re just running the risk of ending up in a cell for the night then go for it. If there’s a chance you could be sent down for a lengthy amount of time then you probably shouldn’t bother carrying out the prank as it’s more likely an assault/murder rather than honest bit of fun. Assault/murders aren’t cool either.

3. Will you gain some massive LOLZ from your prank and do you have a video camera at the ready?

If you answered yes to both of these questions then you’re onto a winner. Commence your prank.

Now the prank in this video ticks a few of the above boxes, and thus can be considered a completely sick prank. That being said, this prank could have easily gone tits up and ended up in a manslaughter charge, severe depression for the victim (and attacker’s) families, and not to mention massive mental scarring for all who witnessed the prank/death/murder. Luckily for him (and us), no-one died and everyone had a good old laugh about everything once it was over. You’ve gotta love the barrel of laughs everyone’s having right after they all realise their buddy didn’t drown due to shock because he thought he was about to get eaten by a shark. Although everyone knows basking sharks are harmless filter feeders, but surely the dude who pushed him couldn’t have been 100% sure on the type of shark it was but yeah whatever.
