Saroo Brierly was 4-years-old when he fell asleep on a train in India as he waited for his brother. When he woke up, the carriage was empty, the train was moving and he had no clue where he was going. He ended up being adopted and raised by a family in Australia but as time went on he always wondered about his lost family in India.
25 years later Saroo discovered Google Earth and in time was able to narrow down the search for his family. He made the leap and eventually travelled to India and found them.
