Listen, I’m not saying that Sam Smith is the next Jimmy Saville, but I will say is that it’s a bit weird to see him them dressing as a 31-year-old child, with Teletubbies heels on and a T-shirt that depicts a young boy eating an apple:

Alongside the video, the singer wrote, ‘TINKIE WINKIE IS GAY,’ followed by rainbow hearts. Naturally, this sent Teletubbies purists into meltdown, but not as much as his outfit in general. Some people online are accusing Sam Smith of sexualising a children’s cartoon and being a bit noncey, whereas others say he’s just acting a little bit camp or “zesty”. Everyone seems to agree it’s a tad weird, though. But then that’s what Sam Smith is all about these days. They’ll do anything for attention, even bait you into calling them a paedophile or a devil worshipper.

Personally, I just miss the days when Sam Smith was the shy boy with the incredible voice. Whatever happened to that lad?
