Here’s a video of some people called the elite Russian FSB (Spetsgruppa “A” or Alfa, also called Alpha Group) troops – pretty much special forces – doing some confidence drills with handguns.
As with most things Russian, as you would expect these drills are completely crazy and insane as they pretty much shoot each other in the chest and within inches of their head to ensure that they’re ready for the field. Brutal, but perhaps necessary over there with some of he shit they have to deal with.
