I’m sure most of you reading this who live in an apartment block reckon that your neighbours are the absolute worse. I’m sure they are terrible, but wait until you see the video below before you start making any big claims.

An unnamed man over in Russia decided to set up a CCTV camera outside of his apartment – clearly he was sick of all the batshit crazy shit that goes down and wanted to show the world what he has to put up with on a daily basis. Now before you think I’m exaggerating when I say the “most insane,” you really will agree when you see this. Not only does a cute little OAP lady try to cover it with spray paint, but you see a domestic fight unfold, a blackout drunk guy falling down the stairs and another who has just been shot stumbling around. How the hell can they fit all that into one building?

Blimey, that looks nuts. I wonder if this is just how shit goes down in Russia? If this ‘Meanwhile in Russia’ video is anything to go by, then the answer to that question is probably yes.
