Jesus Christ. I think he’s genuinely never used a hammer before in his life? Didn’t he at least see one used in a cartoon when he was a child or something? How can he be even worse at handy work than he is at bring the Prime Minister?
UPDATE: Whoops, as I was publishing this I came across another clip where it appears the woman next to Rishi Sunak told him to use the side of the hammer, and he did as she said whilst looking like a toddler in a play group:
