Getting blasted in the face with a fire extinguisher is probably a lot healthier than smoking a cigarette, but one smoker who didn’t appreciate getting his face sprayed off this week was Jon Bird of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Bird says he was in the area helping to organise an arts festival, and had been told by a security guard that it was fine to smoke in the area.
But Jamison disagreed with this, claiming that Utah state law forbids smoking within 25 feet of a business entrance.
Anyway, Bird has now hired an attorney to pursue an assault claim. I’m pretty sure he could have avoided a face full of foam if he’d just gone Don Logan on his ass:
