Amanda Bynes was one of the brightest young prospects in TV and film throughout the 90s and 00s, starting as a child star for Nickelodeon and eventually landing her very own The Amanda Show from 1999 – 2002.

Like many child stars, Bynes struggled massively with drug use and various mental health/personal problems, and was even under a Britney-style conservatorship for 9 years up until 2022. Even after being released from the conservatorship, she quickly relapsed and was placed on psychiatric hold after being found wandering the streets of LA naked and alone in 2023.

In the last couple years though, Amanda Bynes seems to have cleaned up her act somewhat. She had a short-lived podcast, became a nail technician, and now, perhaps inevitably, is launching her own OnlyFans page. What took her so long eh?

Still, it could have been so different if she’d stuck with the acting gig instead of quitting at age 24 (she’s now 39). According to Bynes, the decision to quit Hollywood came after watching herself opposite Emma Stone in teen-comedy Easy A.

“I literally couldn’t stand my appearance in that movie and I didn’t like my performance. I was absolutely convinced I needed to stop acting after seeing it.”

She revealed she was super high at the film’s premiere, and this may have influenced her experience and feelings watching it.

“I was high on marijuana when I saw that but for some reason it really started to affect me

“I don’t know if it was a drug-induced psychosis or what, but it affected my brain in a different way than it affects other people. It absolutely changed my perception of things.”

“I saw it and I was convinced that I should never be on camera again.”

She's avoiding the 'sleazy' stuff. (OnlyFans)

Damn, that’s actually really sad. There’s no turning back now, however, and so OnlyFans seems to be the way to go. Bynes revealed this week that she’d be joining the platform and charging $50 (£38) a month to subscribe. Which seems very pricey especially when you consider she has no plans to even post any explicit content. Wait, what?

“I’m doing OnlyFans to chat with my fans through dm’s. I won’t be posting any sleazy content.”

$50 a month to be able to DM Amanda Bynes in 2025. The crazy thing is there’s probably a whole bunch of people ready and willing to part with their cash for the privilege. Don’t hate the player, hate the game. Go make that dough, Amanda!

For the time Amanda Bynes declared to the world that she had caught her boyfriend w@nking to some extremely embarrassing p0rn, click HERE. Man that’s rough.
