If somebody in your family gets cancer, you’re probably going to try and do everything you can to support them as it’s going to be the biggest battle that they ever face – that’s just the reaction of a normal human being. It seems like the reaction of a complete psychopath has peaked with this story though, following the news that a woman from Indiana decided to inject shit into her son’s IV drip whilst he was receiving treatment for cancer in hospital. What the actual fuck?

41-year-old Tiffany Alberts regularly visited her son, but after doctors became suspicious that he was suffering from infections that are normally associated with human faeces, CCTV tapes of her visits were reviewed and she was discovered injecting something into his IV drip. Upon closer inspection, it was discovered that she was injecting his own shit into the IV.

Even more bizarrely, Alberts claimed that she was doing it in order to help him. She reckoned that if he got sicker than he already was then he would be moved to another wing of the hospital where he would receive better treatment. I can’t even begin to get my head around that one, but surely if that even was the case then there must be a better way to do make him sicker rather than injecting shit directly into his bloodstream? That’s seriously one of the weirdest things I’ve ever heard, and I’ve been running this website for a long time.

Thankfully Alberts has now been discovered and since she’s been banned from visiting her son he no longer suffers from the diarrhoea, vomiting and fevers that he was experiencing before. Hopefully he can beat cancer too.

Meanwhile, his mother is being charged with aggravated battery and neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury. Seriously hoping she goes down because what she did was all kinds of fucked up.
