At this funeral held for a man called David, the priest released a dove into the air to symbolise David’s spirit ascending to heaven. Except it flopped spectacularly because he gave such an impassioned speech beforehand that he crushed the dove to death in his hand:

Well, I guess you could say the dove is still symbolic of David, just not in the way the priest intended.
