Huge achievement for Portsmouth being promoted to the Championship for the first time in 12 years, and one that clearly demanded an inspirational speech from captain Marlon Pack during the celebrations that followed.

As Pack addressed the fans in attendance with a serious, heartfelt speech, teammate Joe Rafferty decided to interrupt by mooning the crowd:

Classic. It doesn’t matter how old you are, where you’re from, or how successful you are in life, pulling down your pants and mooning a crowd of people will never not be funny. The club captain is pouring his heart out and trying to express his gratitude to the Portsmouth supporters following promotion to the Championship, and all Joe Rafferty can do is blast everyone with a face-full of his bare butt cheeks.

Pack does seem a bit annoyed by it, but come on, how can you expect a lad like Rafferty to be cool, calm and collected in a moment like this? Get a load of the carnage on the pitch after Portsmouth secured promotion:

Unfortunately, they also did some damage to the pub following their wild celebrations, which I’m sure the club will take care of with that promotion money they’ve now got (although you’d hope they could save that for the transfer market):

Listen, at the end of the day, this is a promotion party. Furniture is getting smashed and butt cheeks are being flashed. Now all they have to do is make sure they’re not relegated back into League One this time next year. Good luck!
