This footage comes from Seattle where police are currently patrolling the streets during May Day protests. They weren’t quite sure how to deal with this shirtless dude hanging upside down from a basketball hoop and flailing around all over the place:

No one knows what the guy was doing exactly (tripping balls is our explanation) but the real question is why do we need 13 police offers trying to help him down? I reckon they all just gathered round to have a good laugh at him. After all they weren’t even involved in the rescue – they ended up calling the fire department to rescue him. All in a day’s work eh?
