Adult film star Melissa Hutchinson AKA Phoenix Marie, who happens to be one of the top MILFs in the game, alleges she was forced to participate in an onscreen orgy against her will and then became the victim of a smear campaign after a fellow performer overdosed on prescription drugs and nearly died on set.

According to Phoenix Marie’s complaint, it all started with an anal sex scene. Last October, she traveled from Las Vegas to Barcelona for a shoot with actor/director and ‘British stud’ Danny D, porn star Cherie DeVille, and a newcomer named Zaawaadi, among others.

The shoot took place at a luxury Spanish villa where the cast and crew were also staying for the duration. Phoenix Marie, given her 18 years of experience in the adult film industry, took it upon herself to advise and counsel newbie Zaawaadi before her first-ever anal sex scene. Who better to learn the anal ropes from than the 42-year-old anal veteran?

According to the lawsuit, Zaawaadi told Phoenix Marie that she had taken three Imodium tablets (an anti-diarrheal) to avoid any “accidents” during the scene. Very responsible, but according to Phoenix Marie, three tablets exceeded the recommended dose of Imodium, and so she gave Zaawaadi two natural probiotic pills and two tablets of Senokot, a natural laxative, to help counter any potential complications.

During a bit of downtime between filming, Danny D’s girlfriend, Liss Lacao, who was also the shoot’s makeup artist, told Phoenix Marie that she had been dealing with depression and was taking lithium to self-medicate. This becomes relevant further along in the story.

On the final day of shooting, Phoenix Marie was performing in an orgy scene by the pool with Danny D and a bunch of other girls, when suddenly Liss Lacao burst out of the house screaming, “Emergency, emergency! She can’t breathe!”. She was, of course, referring to Zaawaadi:

Phoenix Marie, who fortunately is a trained EMT as well as an adult film star, immediately stopped what she was doing and ran inside to help. There, she saw Zaawaadi lying on the couch, “shaking violently and screaming that she couldn’t breathe.” She grabbed Zaawaadi’s face and told her that “if she could speak, she was breathing,” adding that she yelled for someone to call an ambulance right away and “started emergency care.”

The complaint reads:

“[Phoenix Marie] tried to keep Zaawaadi calm and regulate her breathing while she evaluated her, called Zaawaadi’s sister for her medical history, and got her some fluids once her sister was on the phone. [Phoenix Marie] asked [Zaawaadi] if she had taken any drugs or medicines lately, and she said, ‘Only the 4 pills you gave me.’ Hutchison knew that the pills that she had given Zaawaadi would not have caused this reaction. The girl continued to shake and have difficulty breathing as a person would during a seizure or neurological episode.”

According to Phoenix Marie, Danny D was “reluctant” to involve the authorities, and waited more than an hour to call an ambulance. Once it became clear that Zaawaadi’s life was in danger, the complaint says, Danny D finally made the call, and an ambulance arrived to take Zaawaadi to the hospital.

Zaawaadi wanted Phoenix Marie to ride there with her, according to the complaint, but Danny D forbade her to leave the set. The complaint reads:

“[Phoenix Marie] was very upset and declined to continue the scene as Zaawaadi had a serious life-threatening medical event, and no one had any way of knowing if the girl was going to live or die. [Phoenix Marie] was severely shaken that this had happened and pleaded with Danny D. to shoot the scene at another time. Danny D. insisted that they finish the scene, so [Phoenix Marie] continued filming the orgy scene against her will.”

When the scene was over, Phoenix says she was “very distraught” about what had happened, and wanted to go to the hospital to check up on Zaawaadi. But Danny D once again forbade her from leaving.

The next morning, the complaint alleges Danny D “lied” to Phoenix Marie, telling her that the police had come to the house late the night before and “forced” him to go to the hospital. He said that Zaawaadi had “overdosed on lithium,” and that doctors had put her in a medically induced coma. Danny D then showed Phoenix a video of Zaawaadi “thrashing around and convulsing” in her hospital bed, the complaint states.

Danny D “interrogated [Phoenix Marie] about lithium, even though [Phoenix Marie] knew it was Liss who had the lithium in the house,” the complaint continues. He then made her show him the probiotics and laxatives she had on hand, and took pictures of it all, but found no lithium in her possession, according to the complaint.

“With Zaawaadi in a critical medical state, Danny D was protecting Liss from an investigation for Zaawaadi’s death by lithium poisoning. Danny D knew that [Phoenix Marie] was the perfect scapegoat for the poisoning, so he concocted a story about the poisoning. Zaawaadi falsely stated during the medical event that she had only taken the pills that she had given her.”

Danny D was aware that Phoenix Marie’s 18-year-old daughter died of cancer a few years ago, and so came up with a story that “it must have been [Phoenix Marie] that had the lithium because of her depression from the death of her daughter,” the complaint states. Which is an absolute scumbag move on Danny D’s part, I’m sure you’ll agree.

At that point, a group of production executives called a meeting with Phoenix Marie where they said “awful, hurtful things” to her, such as claiming she hadn’t dealt with the death of her daughter and that she should leave the man she was dating at the time as he was a bad influence on her. The execs accused Phoenix of drinking and using drugs, claiming she was slurring her speech, and blamed her for Zaawaadi’s condition.

Funnily enough, according to the complaint, they rejected Phoenix’s plea for everyone who was in Barcelona to be blood-tested for lithium so she could prove it wasn’t her, which you would have thought was an ideal way to get to the bottom of the situation.

Instead, the production execs offered Hutchison a $60,000 payment to sign an NDA, which she refused to do. After that, vicious rumours about Phoenix Marie being responsible for the entire sh1t-show in Barcelona began doing the rounds, and soon enough she was losing work, sponsorships, and was being unfollowed by fellow performers who didn’t want to be associated with her.

Phoenix claims she has lost more than $100,000 a month in revenue since the incident last October, and is now suing Danny D, Ethical Capital Partners (a Canadian venture capital firm which owns Aylo—the company that operates Pornhub), and a producer of the film, for $30 million!

Have to say,  it does sound like Melissa Hutchinson AKA Phoenix Marie has a strong case here. After the clowns on set almost let someone die, it was her who resolved the situation and saved Zaawaadi’s life after the young performer OD’d. She then tried to protect Danny D’s girlfriend, but instead became the scapegoat who was blamed for everything. Worse still, they used the death of her 18-year-old daughter t0 explain why she would be depressed and in possession of lithium.

The reason she didn’t want to participate in the orgy is because she wanted to go to the hospital to make sure her co-worker didn’t die from a drug overdose, which you’d think was a reasonable request. The fact the production company offered her $60k to keep quiet about it all suggests they knew that they screwed up.

So, as long as everything Phoenix Marie claims in her lawsuit is accurate, it seems pretty clear cut to me. Good luck on getting that $30 million bag, girl! Justice for Phoenix Marie!
