I don’t think I know one single female that hasn’t been obsessed with Paul Mescal after he shot to fame during the lockdown when he starred in ‘Normal People’ and took part in some very hot sex scenes, so it’s hardly that surprising to me that some horny women out there screenshotted pictures of his penis in order to jerk off.

However, it seems like it is a surprise to Paul Mescal himself because he got really angry after a woman went up to him and told him that she had a picture of his dick saved on his phone. Here’s what he had to say about it:
I was out with friends in Ireland and one woman told me: ‘I didn’t think the show was any good but I saw your willy and I have a photo!’
I remember that was the first time that I was really angry.
I was like, “That’s f**king rude!”
It’s embarrassing for you, it’s embarrassing for me, it’s embarrassing for my friends and now I have to say no to you.
But luckily they are the anomaly.
Yeah I suppose he has go a point there really hasn’t he – it is lame to screenshot someone on television and jerk off over them and even stranger and creepier to go up to that person and tell them about it – but I think as well that if you’re going to create art like that then you have to be prepared for stuff like that to happen. It’s part and parcel of the job and Mescal probably needs to stop whingeing about it because it isn’t going to stop happening any time soon. Just get on with it pal.
