I normally find that when you’re in the airport before you go on holiday, you can get some pretty decent food from the myriad of restaurants and shops that tend to be around – provided you’re in a decent airport of course.

It doesn’t look as if Dublin airport can be included in that category though after the breakfast that you can see above was served up for the price of €14.20 (that’s roughly £12). The guy was posting about it on Reddit and as you can imagine, the whole internet was in agreement with him that not only did it look absolutely terrible, but it was also severely overpriced even for airport food.

Yeah I don’t really think that there’s any way you can disagree with that analysis either because I don’t think I would even want to pay £1 for that crummy meal. You could get way better food from McDonald’s for a fraction of the price.

It really is disgusting that they’re even trying to get away with that, but I suppose you can’t really question it when you’re in an airport because there’s nowhere else to go. Hopefully this dude has a better Christmas than this.
